  We provide an ECU Rebuilding Service. We do not sell already built units. You ship your defective unit to our rebuilding facility. Upon receipt the unit is inspected, tested, rebuilt, and then shipped back to you. Our Rebuild Service includes the following. - The circuit board(s) are checked both electronically and visually with the aid of a microscope. Any board that is burned, cracked, pitted, contains trace imperfection, or defective solder is repaired or discarded
- Each IC (monolithic integrated circuit) is tested. Defective IC is replaced
- The resistors, diodes, coils, etc. located on the circuit board are thoroughly tested. Any open, shorted or leaky components are replaced
- Core: No Core Deposit is required as you send your unit.
- As we rebuild your unit there is no reprogramming required on most units.
- We charge a $75 upfront repair deposit on all units. Once your unit is rebuilt, the price listed is the price you pay. FedEx shipping is included in this price. The $75 deposit will be applied to the repair cost.
Non-Repairable Units:
If it is determined that your ECU is not repairable, it will be returned to you and the $75.00 repair deposit will be refunded.
Nothing Wrong With Your ECU
If it is determined that your ECU is NOT defective, the $75 repair deposit is retained to cover all testing costs. It is strongly recommended that you have your vehicle diagnosed by a professional automotive diagnostician prior to shipping your ECU for rebuilding.
